The beginning of a new year really is not much different than any other day. There's nothing special about January 1st. This year it was a Tuesday. Great! A Tuesday!


What would happen if we celebrated every Tuesday like it was the beginning of a new year? What if every Tuesday we made a firm decision to do or not to do something?


Now, don't get me wrong, I like the idea of making resolutions, but... how many of us make resolutions, set goals, whatever you call it, and actually stick to it? For the first couple weeks, sure we are all for "creating a new me". What happens when the same you starts creeping back into the picture? It happens. It has happened to me many times! We are creatures of habit. It is suggested that it takes 21 days to create a new habit. What would happen if you scheduled a massage appointment, and kept it every 21 days?
